is marrying some money attached to a woman who is a psychological wreck trying to build her life on the ashes of her personhood.
He could have done better.
It could take her forty years to realize she ought to just get a name change to overcome her parents' overpublicization of her disappearance, and focus on something other than the ugliest aspects of human derangements. The young man, I'm afraid, will give his life to living in the shadow of her personal tragedy. Doesn't sound like a healthy life to me where she lives in the public eye with constant reminders, such as the "foundation" she has started with dad's money and others' which is in effect a shrine to her abuse.
