When Cody gets low and downhill he looks pretty fast. I think he's just not physically ready yet for what comes when he gets downhill.
Cody looked like he knows how to play to me. Despite all the misses and despite his passivity, he was making the right decisions and reads and taking the shots he should take. He also indeed looked bursty with ball in his hands when he decided to attack. But he will need to work on his strength a lot and maybe that fixes some of what people perceive as passivity/lack of motor.

Trey Burke had a disappointing summer league because he was drafted high to be a lead point guard, and the other guy Raul Neto, taken in the 2nd round, was much better at it.

Cody Williams missed 15 out of 16 shots and he moves shower than Joe Ingles. He was drafted for potential, but I would be surprised if he is able to contribute this year.
He didn't miss 15 of 16 shots. I have no idea what he actually shot and don't know where you got your numbers but I know for a fact he had 2 finishes in the paint and made 1 long jumpshot just off the top of my head.
Idk, maybe you were talking about just one specific game or something.

Cody might have shot 1-10 on 3PA. He's not used to the distance yet. He's not slow like Joe Ingles. Defensively he moves very well. Offensively, he moves like Brandon Ingram.
