Agreed. I want political leaders who are quiet and just govern responsibly. I don’t need a reality tv president. That’s what tv is for. And I rarely watch tv anymore. I read more. Or spend time outside. Or playing games with the family. A lot of people in the right could benefit by turning their TVs off for a few days and going outside. Maybe actually talk to real people in person. I think they’d find that life isn’t as crappy as Fox News and the internet or dear leader tell them it is.Do I wish Kamala was a bigger attention whore and more narcissistic who will go on TV anywhere with anyone at anytime because she loves the attention? Nah
I don't enjoy watching politicians and prefer that they simply do their jobs off camera and go to work.
Things like pay attention to security briefings and whatnot.
Donald Trump’s “fact-free” approach to the presidency created unprecedented challenges for intelligence officials responsible for briefing him, according to a newly released account from the CIA.
The 45th president’s chaotic and freewheeling style, and his disinclination to read anything put in front of him, resulted in the presidential daily briefing, or PDB – a crucial security update including information about potential threats to the US – being delivered more regularly to Vice-President Mike Pence instead, the report states.
By the middle of Trump’s term in office, his briefings were reduced to two weekly sessions of 45 minutes each. Briefings were discontinued altogether after the deadly insurrection of 6 January.
I couldn't care less how often Kamala goes on TV. I welcome seeing less politicians on TV actually. One of the things I hate most about trump is there is no escaping him. He is everywhere all the time. Just like he likes it.
I would be reading a BYU football article and a sidebar would pop up saying "trump says Utah wouldn't even elect mitt Romney to be dogcatcher" (apparently trump thinks the position of dogcatcher is an elected position)

Florida didn’t ban any books. Just lies that you keep trying to spread.Good pts.
But id also ask that those people take responsibility for their voting habits. If my governor and state legislature spent time banning rainbow books and terrorizing librarians instead of preparing my state for increased severity of weather events, I’d be pretty mad and vote for another political party. People need to make the connection of voting habits to legislative outcomes which lead directly to life outcomes for all. As Trump once said, “elections have consequences.”
Maybe people in these areas should vote for fewer clowns auditioning for Fox News shows and more statesmen looking to actually improve the quality of life for constituents. And with climate change, we need serious legislators who can work across the aisle to help mitigate these disasters. Not ignore them while they waste time with nonsense on Fox News. Or accuse the other side of controlling the weather.
EDIT: Florida, NC, etc aren’t alone. Utah’s own legislature spent weeks banning books, figuring out ways to funnel public funds into private sports teams, attacking gay bathrooms, etc instead of… you know, tackling real issues such as lack of affordable housing, poor air quality, and the disappearing of the GSL. But as long as they can keep the plebs entertained and drunk off sports and culture wars, people won’t vote for change. Oligarchs win by continuing to suck off the public trough. Cuz Ryan smith and the boys most definitely need more taxpayer money or something

And which book was banned? Before you just post an article about removing books from schools, that didn’t give you any information about what is happening, please research it. Majority of removals are books that are age inappropriate for these schools. Not all schools have them. Again you can go get them at libraries, bookstores or online.![]()
Roughly 300 books were removed from school libraries in Florida last year. Here's the full list
Of Florida’s 67 counties, 21 of them removed books in the 2022-23 year. Here’s a look at the roughly 300 titles taken off shelves in the state.www.nbcmiami.com
Ya people gotta look at things objectively with a little skepticism. I mean I’ve never heard of this but this article certainly seems misleading. It says these books were “removed” from schools not “banned”. If you look at the list of removed books the header implies that books were removed or discontinued at least in part based on objections about the material made by the parents. There is far more objections than there are materials removed so there must be criteria beyond parental objections that causes material to be removed or many parents complained about the same books. Either way the article doesn’t mention criteria about why books were removed or discontinued so it could have been for a number of reasons. Ya really misleading and vague article and people draw their own conclusions. And which book was banned? Not book banning in Florida.
The Bloomberg interview 24 hours ago with Bloomberg News Editor in Chief John Micklethwait. When was the last time Trump did any media In hostile territory?
Mark Dice already has a video up.If any of you watched that Kamala interview and still vote for her, you're insane
No comment about his Candidates atrocious basic interview; the questions were not even hard and she couldn’t answer them without “Trump”.The Bloomberg interview 24 hours ago with Bloomberg News Editor in Chief John Micklethwait.
It’s short; you should probably watch it for yourself and form your own real opinion on it. We obviously can view it differently.Listening to KSL 1160 on the way home discussing the Kamala interview on Fox and they said that they thought she did pretty good. They said that there were parts that could be taken to make her look bad and parts that could be taken to make her look good but overall she did a good job.
