They'll probably start Morant, Smart, Bane, Aldama and Edey. Their bench is a bit patchy due to injuries--Clarke, LaRavia, Vince Williams and Pippen Jr. maybe. Could be winnable. They don't have a great defensive matchup for Lauri.

I will be looking for the Kessler-Edey matchup. Also, if Lauri or Hendricks could exploit the mismatches: one of them will likely be guarded by a much smaller player. With Kessler-Hendricks-Lauri the Jazz are really long in the frontcourt but it would be useless unless they can effectively use this size advantage against teams like Memphis.

Also, I good test of how well Keyonte and Sexton can hold up against quick guards able to penetrate.

We really don't want hope and excitement. We need to start the season with the same game plan utilized in Portland. Lose by 50... don't build any kind of early momentum.
