Following Potential 2025 Draftees

Jakucionis' stepback threes are very impressive but "college Luka" is uhhhhhhhh

I think he got penetration two total times against the future car salesmen of Northwestern.

He's also tiny compared to Luka (and his arms are just so short) and is only like a 7.5/10 passer.

He's also kind of annoying to watch just because he flops so relentlessly.

He's in the Boogie Fland range where he's clearly a good basketball player, but his physical tools are so awful that it's not clear he can translate his play to the NBA. In that 3-20 range along with a billion other guys right now.

Ryan Dunn averaged 8.1 PPG on 56.4% TS%

Theiro is averaging 17.6 PPG on 63.1% TS%

Theiro is years ahead of where Dunn was last year (and is younger than Dunn was)
Dunn was the elite of the elite when it came to defensive prospects. You think this is a smart post, but it's not.

Kasp measured 6'5 w/o shoes with a 6'7.5 wingspan. His wingspan isnt short.

If you are calling a 6'6 PG w/ a 6'7.5 wingspan "awful physical tools" then you are on here just trying to have a controversial opinion.

He's extremely slow and weak. Kyle Anderson obviously has bad physical tools even though he's a 6'8" PG with a 7'3" wingspan (and yes, Kyle Anderson was absolutely a PG in college) so you can't just say "tall PG thus OK physical tools."

So he's a 6'6 PG who is slow and weak, but manages to get to the FT line at an extraordinary rate?

Yeah, thanks for letting me know your opinions are bottom tier.

Because he's an extremely advanced flopper who flops constantly. Every rebound with any contact has him flying backwards, every jumpshot has him kicking his legs out to try to get hit, etc.

Which is a good skill!

But he's so weak and slow that he can't really create good shots.

Maybe he can put on a ton of weight and then can muscle defenders out of the way in the NBA and that's his path to stardom. Would not dismiss that possibility at all.

But he's not college Luka right now and Leif's statement is ridiculous.

Crazy that a dude who gets bad shots shoots 49/43 splits. Including having his best game against one of the biggest/most athletic teams in college.
