Fears sure looks like he's going to be a high-level lead guard. He's a smooth, shifty, three-level scorer. He also moves well off the ball. He has a high floor and high ceiling.
I'd put him ahead of Bailey for starters. I see Bailey as becoming a slightly more exciting version of Trey Murphy. While that's a very valuable player, I don't think he's quite an All Star due to his limitations off the dribble.

I don't think he's offensively better than Harper or Johnson. Also, I think Fears is a bit quicker and a more versatile on-ball creator. It's close though.
Both Fears and Tre Johnson should be better players overall than Keyonte--Fears as a 1 and Johnson as a 2. Fears is a more natural on-ball creator and decision maker. Johnson is a better shooter and scorer.
Chaz Lanier has some similarities to Dalton Knecht in that he was very good at a mid major last year and then came in to the SEC and is playing great. He's currently shooting 47% from 3 on 8 attempts per game. Their games are obviously very very different as Lanier is not nearly the scorer of Knecht, but is a much much better defender.

Harper and Johnson are better individual scorers than Kas, but Kas is a much better play maker than either of those guys. It's close for me, which is why I said, "might be."

Demin plays his first conference game of his career in less than an hour.
Fleming having a good game thus far for their first conference game. 13 points on 2/3 from 3 with 16 minutes left.
