Democracy is at its core about electing leaders. Trump won election. He not only won the EC but he also won the popular vote. Democracy functioned and chose Trump as the leader of the Executive Branch. All of those agencies in the above list are in the Executive Branch, the branch Trump won the election to lead. To take away the power to cut those Executive Branch agencies is to say the US President is only a figurehead and our democracy is a sham, yet that seems to be exactly what you want. You want the destruction of democracy in the US. You want to rightfully elected leader of the Executive Branch to not have the power he was elected to wield.

You don’t know how public administration works. You should stop speaking like you know, because it’s very obvious to those that do and it makes you look stupid.

Nope, still a republic. I'm not the one with a history of screeching about a threat to democracy. If everyone who was crying earlier wants to admit they were wrong, I'm accepting your apologies and will forgive so quickly you'll think I'm Jesus.

The reality is that democracy and dictatorship are lovey-dovey. Those upset over democracy denied don't fear authoritarianism. They just want their side to be the one wielding the authoritarian power.

Which Democrats are you referring to? Are you talking about Joe and Kamala, who lost? Is it the Democrats who are in the minority in the both the House and Senate? Is it the Democrats staffing the various agencies that are now filling out questionnaires on their involvement in J6 prosecutions? Is it Democrat Governors like Gavin Newsom, who is now begging for aid?
