Why would you pay money to go watch the Jazz lose? Not everyone is terminally online basketball junkies.Do fans in the stadium know it’s best for the Jazz to lose this game or not?

They are basketball fans are they not?Why would you pay money to go watch the Jazz lose? Not everyone is terminally online basketball junkies.
I mean, if I went to a Jazz game this season I’d be rooting for them in the arena even though I’d rather them not win very many this season. They are basketball fans are they not?
Surely they’ve heard of the concept of the NBA draft.
womp wompSo far so good on the tank... Wizards up by 13 near halftime and Charlotte is in a close one with Orlando.
But every game we win gets us further away from Flagg - are you alright with that?I mean, if I went to a Jazz game this season I’d be rooting for them in the arena even though I’d rather them not win very many this season.
I look at it differently. The fact is the Jazz are going to win games here and there this season. Given that, I’d rather they win the game I attend. But every game we win gets us further away from Flagg - are you alright with that?
Just seems irrational to me.
Nah, they're getting closer to Flagg because 4th in lotto odds is going to end up with the #1 pick. But every game we win gets us further away from Flagg - are you alright with that?

It’s ALWAYS the right thing to beat the Lakers. Why would you pay money to go watch the Jazz lose? Not everyone is terminally online basketball junkies.
There is not a win threshold we can get to that guarantees us Cooper Flagg. You need to prepare yourself that there is an 85% chance we do not get him no matter how much we suck. But every game we win gets us further away from Flagg - are you alright with that?

The thing that gives me hope with NOP is Zion. Last night he was 13-18 for 33 points in 28 minutes. (9 rebounds, 7 assists and a plus 13 to boot). They almost beat a team trying for the playoffs (not really at impressive but still.) Plus they have CJ Mccollum and Trey murphy is having a great year. The hope is minor but its better than nothing. I have no hope of out tanking the hornets or wizards.Looks like we are in a 3 team race with NOP and CHO for 2-4. NOP is absolutely pathetic, can't count on them to do anything....though their fans would probably be the same for us. CHO does play in the East, but I expect that they put Lamelo on ice for the rest of the year.
