Just read that Walter Clayton was actually a higher rated football recruit than basketball. Had offers from FSU/Georgia/Florida to play football.
So if you believe the multiple sport athlete thing, Clayton has a higher chance of succeeding.

Hard to know…will be interesting how NCAA navigates the future and make any changes if they do at all. I don’t think NIL will ever match the NBA in money for guys who go in the first round…but I can see how the college experience is awesome for some of these guys. They may not get as much money as NBA, but now their decision to come back includes having multiple millions of dollars instead of nothing like before so it will push anyone who was close back to college.

The Jazz could have tanked last night with more Tshibwe and Svi and less Flip, especially when Portland pulled Sharpe and Camara off the floor for OT. I'm surprised the Jazz would be that casual.

i've always said players and coaches don't tank. hardy isn't going to pull his rookie 2nd rd pick because he's too dominant. coaches only tank to the extent that the FO directs them to do so. no chance they are going to pull a rookie because he's playing too well.
You must have been under a rock this past couple of months. Coaches have blatantly been tanking their *** off and even sitting their rookies when they're playing well.

It's objectively true that coaches have been benching their best players at the end of games. This has also included rookies. Do you want me to pull up specific examples? The only way you haven't noticed is if you haven't paid attention. That's fine, but no need to speak so confidently about false things.
