Strategically wise I think we should pick Ace Bailey.
Cos then there will be 2 shooting guards left, the Hornets will pick one and we’re left with the other.
On the other hand, if we pick a shooting guard with #3 and Hornets somehow took Ace, then we’re left with ANOTHER shooting guard… we don't want to be left with BOTH Tre and VJ.

I’m not risking not being able to get Tre. He has upside to be the best player in the draft other than Flagg. If Ace goes at #4 trade the 5th pick for a later pick and future first round pick.

Who cares, top 5 picks have a 50/50 hit rate anyway so one of those two guys probably wouldn't turn into that great of a player. They can play small SF lineups as well and just trade one if both turn out good.

Someone good, the point is acquiring future assets, including first round picks and still being able to pick someone good maybe Fears or or Kasparas falls to pick 8-10 or Noa. There are good players in the 8-14 range but getting an unprotected first in next years draft would be very ideal
… or it could stunt the growth of both.
What if there are no takers and you’re on the clock at #4 and Ace is off the board?
