Yes, both on and off WiFi on my phone.
My PC works-ish. Its super slow to load anything and will time out on PC a lot.

Keep me updated on what you're seeing AFTER this message please. If your ISP hasn't updated to the new hardware, you'll get a maintenance screen with the logo. Curious who is (was) still seeing that and which ISPs (Comcast, TMobile, etc.) took so long to update.

I am finding it slow to load, yet while it is struggling to load the page I clicked, the ads update clear as a bell 3 or 4 times. Interesting. Then maybe 1/5 of the time I get the 404 error or something similar.
Might need to clear cache... not sure why your phone wouldn't pick up the hardware move. If you send me your phone model I can look it up. Especially if your computer works on the same wifi.
