2025 Off-Season Trade Ideas Thread

I’d still try for a S&T for Jonathan Kuminga first, and then come back to a 3 for 1 swap (Collins/Sexton/Clarkson) with Milwaukee for Damian Lillard if he goes somewhere else.

So if Ace turns into the best possible version of himself... then we have to start shifting our mindset from asset accumulation and value extraction towards building up. If we get lucky and land another blue chip prospect in the next draft then we are definitely entering the zone where the sense of urgency starts to grow.

Of course this depends on how Ace looks coming out of the gate and how he develops over the next few years. But its worthwhile nothing that his 8 year clock starts to tick next season.

That's it?

The Mavs are supposed to be filling their small gunner guard quota with D'lo so IDK. It's hard to find any team that wants Sexton or Keyonte or Clarkson, but we have to trade them.

Yes, probablyout until the all star break. Could be good for us to move a couple veterans for a player that is out for a good portion of the season.
I highly doubt Pelicans would add anything to such a trade, though. He's still a good player.

He's two major leg injuries into his career. Fans have become a bit more inured to achilles injuries, but that **** is real.
True, but only two more years on his contract, so I don't think they'd be paying to get off him.
