Sometimes I hate these pro athletes
They are getting paid multi millions to play where they may not like
More in a year than 99% of people make in their lifetime
And it's only going to be for maybe 15 years tops

This sums up my thoughts. Lots of players probably feel this way, as anyone does when they have zero agency - military, missionaries, Peace Corps, whatever.

But nearly all players have an experienced guide, in the form of a professional agent, who has a PR team and knows the industry.

The kid is 18. Think about buying your first house and the overwhelming number of forms - this is that on steroids.

The “agent” is clearly a numbskull who is in way over his head and thinks he’s got the game figured out. He doesn’t. He’s actively hurting his client.

Hopefully Wade or Lauri or Walker or Keyonte sit him down and are like, “Look. At least take a call with Bartelstein. Your guy is an idiot.”
 
What’s kinda funny is that we had debates about Tre vs VJ, Tre vs Kon, and Tre vs Fears. And those were fun spirited discussions!

But we didn’t get much Tre vs Ace. Anyone have strong opinions??
