Didn't Harkless do the same to Isiah Collier last year too, in vegas. He got inside Collier's head and he started making mistakes and had a very hard time dribbling the ball against Harkless.

I didn’t think VJ was that kind of dude but it was a very physical and competitive game with emotions running higher than usual, for a summer league game.
