Bosnia and Herzegovina’s prep games for the EuroBasket are going from bad to worse. In Sarajevo’s Skenderija arena, the national team suffered a convincing 102-90 defeat to Montenegro, who dominated from start to finish.

“[Jusuf] Nurkic is out of shape and can barely run,” [coach] Beciragic said of the NBA center, who scored 15 points in his team's latest losing effort.

In an interview about a month ago Nurkic told how playing for the national team gives him extra motivation compared to NBA games. If this is the extra motivated Nurkic, then I am not sure if anybody want to see the "normal" Nurkic in the coming season.

Better player: peak Hayward or peak Lauri?

As much as I’d like to say Lauri… he only really did two things better, score and rebound and he’s 5 inches taller. Hayward basically did everything else better

Being that scoring and rebounding are the most important stats for that position, that seems to infer that Lauri is better, no?

Not like Hayward was a defensive stalwart. He was a better passer but that's still 2/3 categories for Lauri...

Hayward was very solid on D, better than Lauri by a decent margin.
