I completely agree. Nice post. The Jazz need to get some scorers in the next draft. It is so frustrating to see how the Jazz organization continues playing the vets over developing our players.

I think it's quite possible that we'll see a trade by the deadline. Until then, I'm not going to worry too much about possible trade chips getting playing time.

Here's a couple stats to think about tonight: kanter and favors played 13:47 each. Cj miles had 8 points on 9 shots. Alec Burks had his 4th consecutive DNP (locke's theory is that Burks doesn't truly understand the value of a possession so he needs to sit and learn. U think CJ understands the value more??) Westbrook had 28 points on 50% shooting on the back end of a back to back.

Locke's statement is the exact problem with the Jazz thinking. CJ has had like 7 years to understand the value of a possession. Need I remind people that Kevin D. and Westbrook are not the same players they were as rookies. They were allowed to play through their mistakes. Jazz rookies get their minutes cut or don't play. If KD was on the Jazz he would have had to sit because his defense and rebounding were not that great his rookie year. I have just about had it with the conservative mentality the Jazz have.

Once again, Big Al and Milsap are too short, too bad at defending, black holes on offense, and too bad at rebounding.
I'll say this though..I was impressed with a lot of the passes Devin Harris threw tonight. If he can do that, he's good enough for me.
He's really really good at pick n rolls..I am pleasantly surprised but he needs to run a ton more of those.
