Season isn't even half done yet. He seemed to be passing out of the double plenty, and Raja and Ty both acknowledged this in the post-game interviews. In this 3 day stretch with no games, it is highly likely that they sat down with Al, and told him to start passing out consistently. If this becomes a trend, then these performances will occur more often.

these highlights would be super awesome if I expected Big Al to be the future of the franchise. Since I don't feel that way, I can't help but see a dominant performance from a guy who won't take us anywhere and will play with another team in the not-too-distant future. In other words, cool.... next?

Big Al is shooting below 50% for the season, doesn't play a lick of defense, and doesn't draw fouls. Without him on the court, our offense staggers ever-so-slightly (lately it's actually gotten better) while our defense is infinitely better.
But oh he had a good game against the Wizards, so lol @ all the haters.

I think it was New Jersey that got him actually.
Jefferson isn't hurting the Jazz. He's still the #1 scoring option on the team, which is why he got 12 shots in the first half. He also happened to hit most of them. Washington did play a lick of defense, not more than a lick, but a lick nonetheless. I'm not going to complain about a guy putting up 34/12 on 65% shooting.
He is still our most consistent offensive player. Everyone else comes and goes in terms of offensive production.
His defense can be pretty bad at times, but he has moments where he is a good defender, and he usually plays passable defense.
Our halfcourt offense is terrible without him. At home we can usually run more, but when we aren't running our offense can be ugly without Jefferson.
