More discrimination from ESPN!!!!!!!!

I read through that garabge thread about someone using a slur where several of you seemed outraged. So I wanted to investigate for myself. It turns out ESPN is very anti-white. Just look at this nonsense.

In 2008, ESPN launched eight Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) formed to address our Young Professionals, Women, Asians, People with Disabilities, Latinos, Families, African-Americans, and our Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender employees. Employee Resource Groups are grassroots driven, voluntary, and run by employees formed around a shared interest or similar dimension of diversity.

No groups for white people. All of these other groups have to leech on to the affirmative action train even though it was really only intended for blacks to make up for slavery and segregration. It's sickening really. All affirmative action does is take jobs away from more qualified white people.

The reason why white people have better income then most minorities (all except east Asian and maybe Jewish and Middle eastern) is because their ancestors, and in particular recent ancestors such as parents have given them better opportunities in life. It is not because they work harder or w/e then Blacks and Hispanics. Affirmative action is trying to slightly reduce this edge that whites have over most minorities.

What I am trying to say is that many white people think something like "oh Black people, if it weren't for us they would be in tribes in Africa or w/e so that's what they deserve and my ancestors have been leading the world since Roman times so I deserve more" like they think that the reason this society is successful has anything whatsoever to do with they themselves. Neither me, you, a black, an Asian, a white, or any other race in this current generation has nothing to do with the success of USA and most western societies.

One example of this is Mexican's. Many people think that Mexicans don't deserve to be in this country as much as they themselves do. What the heck has me or done that makes us deserve to live in this country and they in theirs? We were born, that is it.

In the United states the minimim wage is what $7.35? I know it is all relative to the cost of everything in your society but you will have a hard time finding any society that is easier to live in except maybe a couple countries especially in Europe and north Europe in particular.
