Ellis to Orlando?

There's a rumor that Milwaukee is not the final destination for Ellis. Orlando was trying to get him directly from the Warriors, but the teams cut off trade talks a few days ago, as GS was trying to trade FOR Howard. Latest rumor has Milwaukee waiting until after their game on Wednesday.

If true, this makes a whole lot more sense to me. I don't think Ellis and Jennings can co-exist. After all, Curry and Ellis could not. Of course, it also probably depends on Orlando keeping Howard. They may have decided to go ahead with the rumored NJ trade (Lopez, Brooks and filler for Howard and Turkoglu). I'll try to relocate the link re: Ellis. If anyone else comes across it, please post.

And Milwaukee, by all accounts, has no plans to flip Ellis to another team; according to Adrian Wojnorowski of Yahoo! Sports, the Bucks traded for Ellis to pair him with point guard Brandon Jennings.

Nope, not until he actually reports and the deadline ends. Jazz tried to flip Devin after the Williams trade. KOC said there just wasn't enough time to get the deal done before the deadline.
