Hayward will be 10x the player Burks...

Burks is a much better offensive player than Hayward. Hayward is destined for capable starter in the NBA, solid 3rd option, never good enough for an all star team, always glad you have him so long as you're not paying him too much. I'll love him for the next 3 years.

Hayward will be fine, Jazz shouldn't trade him unless they receive a crazy offer for him. Plus, don't forget you can't find a very good perimeter defender in the league very often like Hayward. Hayward may seem like a very inconsistent player but he has the most consistent defense on the team along with Favors.

Indeed, his defense is consistently awesome. I think that is taken for granted too often.
