Your scenario also assumes that Rondo is available for our garbage.
Not sure if you're pulling a Bluesrocker here...
Bluesrocker does it on purpose.
History of the 13, 14, & 15th pick for the last 4 years.
2011 Markief Morris, Marcus Morris, Kawhi Leonard
2010 Ed Davis, Patrick Patterson, Larry Sanders
2009 Tyler Hansbrough, Earl Clark, Austin Daye
2008 Brandon Rush, Anthony Randolph, Robin Lopez
I think KOC would atleast consider--Milsap for the 13th and another asset. I'd take the 13th for Harris straight up, without asking for a moment to consider it.
In all fairness, this draft is much, much deeper than any draft in recent memory. Maybe ever.
Getting the next Kobe Bryant and a top 5 PG for scrubs and a wasted season which we aren't going all the way anyways seems like a good idea to me.
Not to mention, Hayward, Favors and Burks get more minutes to develop...
I'm inclined to keep Millsap; but just for the hell of it....
How bout Millsap to Phoenix for Morris and their 2013 first round pick - unprotected.
Without Nash, Phoenix may struggle to win 30 games next year.
Also, I would be inclined to the original deal of Sap + our 2013 pick for their 13th pick IF our pick is lottery protected and we get Jared Dudley.
James Harden is the next Kobe? He doesn't even have a play style that resembles Bryant.
