It's probably all those women in the ugly flower dresses. Come on people, this isn't 1857.
 
Los Angeles is #5 best? AHAHAHAHA. I guess the whole cholo look on 50% of your population must be what makes the grade. You SLCers need to get with it and bust out the white T's, the wife beaters, and the sagger shorts en masse and maybe you'll be higher next year.
 
In all honesty, hearing everyone ripping on NUMBERICA for wearing skinny jeans gives me an idea as to why an article like this might have some truth. Jeans should be fitted, sorry everyone. Also, I disagree with you Siromar; flowery, summer-dresses are legit. Im super into these 50's esque fashion returning.



And yes, for the record, I wear pretty skinny jeans as well. I would consider myself fairly well dressed, and put a decent amount of thought into putting together decent outfits when I go out to town or something.

Its an expression that's used among people my age, so blame Edmonton- not me. Hack.


And let's make something clear: by skinny jeans, I am not talking like skintight; I prefer dressing up more along the lines of:

The only tight jeans a man should wear are Wranglers. Skinny jeans are just gay in every single way.
