How did Hantlers get banned again?

I'll give him credit, he goes all out. And amazingly enough the final infraction that would ban him keeps sliding off before he can get another one. He's the only poster I've seen who has three pages of warnings/infractions.

Screw yourself. I asked the kid if he got milked from his mothers teats or from his dads johnson...big freaking deal. Hell, you even removed it before most people could read it, and then took a day or two to decide if it was worthy of an infraction or not. The biggest ******** is that tons of other people deal out the insults on this board, but only a certain few ever seem to get banned or warned for it.
