What's new

Chris Paul

It's funny to see how far Paul has fallen the last few years. 2 years into their respective careers, the NBA and it's fans had Paul annointed the next greatest PG in the league and D-Will a step below him. Nice to see that since Deron's tough rookie year, he's kept his head down, his mouth shut, and worked his *** of to become a better player. Seems like Paul has done the exact opposite during that time.

Hornets should take this chance to dump some bad contracts along with Paul and get some young talent back. They will have a bad year, get a top 5 pick, hopefully get another young star, then bam, they are a great young team ala Thunder.

Well, if NO makes the trade, and paul wants to go the knicks, magic, or lakers, I hope NO sends him to Cleveland or Minnesota instead. Toronto might be good too...

Dare I say Deron has had better support from ownership, management and the coaching staff?
Tyson Chandler was a big loss for them, as was Rasual Butler. Add to that the decling play of Posey and Stojakovic. The addition of Emeka and Thornton isn't enough to offset. They certainly ain't what they used to be.

By contrast, I think Gail and Greg really stepped up to the plate. Jazz could have easily let Millsap got to Portland in order to stay under the tax threshold. And this season's moves...wow. What a job to stay, IMO, AT LEAST equal to last season (and hopefully better).

Do ya think New Orleans regrets signing Mo Pete to that long deal now?

"He could have been the greatest the sport has ever known. But then, in a dramatic feat of cowardice, he wussed out, abandoned a city in need and moved on to greener, glitzier pastures...That's LeBron James, right? Scum of the earth, spineless thug who turned his back on Cleveland, history and tradition. He took the easy way out, and everyone from your mailman to Michael Jordan has spent this summer detailing how his name now isn't worth dirt among honorable men, real men, men who make a difference in this world.

Actually, I meant Chris Paul, who has told the Hornets he wants out...let's get to what matters: morals and common decency. This strident a trade request, with teams specified, is not in the least about granting the Hornets flexibility, or any silver lining. In both tone and content, it drives Paul's value down...If you thought Dan Gilbert and Comic Sans were a menace; just wait till George Shinn breaks out the spiked bat and hellhounds."

Curious title, though: "If Chris Paul Leaves, Do We Hate Him?" Like they anybuddy who don't hate her sorry *** already? Yeah, right, eh?

Paul being a follower and not a leader.

Monkey see, monkey do.

Now the real question is, Las Vegas or Seattle Hornets????

Yeah, 'cause Paul could have been the greatest the sport has ever known. Seriously, I can't believe it but your posts are in a greater downward spiral than you've ever known.

And whoever that Shoals moron is should realize that:

a) Paul's had the balls to say he wants out and isn't stringing the Hornets along
b) Paul hasn't called the networks to promote "The Decision 2"
c) Paul isn't a hometown boy like Lebron who Benedict Arnolded out of town
d) Paul isn't a complete, self-promoting, transparent douche

Dude needs to cram a sock in his mouth, a tampon in his ***, and shut the **** up.

Chris Paul is a ****ing puss and ****ing retarded beyond that. It astounds me how seemingly little players understand how the CBA works.
