Except they don't actually move. I know dozens of people that live in highly taxed states but incporporate their businesses in low tax zones, keep a small presence there (corporately), but 'earn' most of the dollars in that area. I'll leave it at that for now ..

So are you proposing the Federal Government pass a bill mandating all states to stop taxing?

Taxing is also a reason businesses do not organize in the U.S. anymore,
and with tariffs no longer being enforced, can just freely trade their products right back into the U.S. for cheap.

I've never denied that smart people (rich or not) want to take advantage of opportunities afforded them..

I would like to reduce or even eliminate federal taxes on wages.
I have even discussed ways this could be done.
However, you just want to pay taxes on wages to state governments instead.
