There are these DP Philly cheese steak shops around here that are really good. That's all they serve pretty much. It's always busy. It looks easy as hell to run. Just fry up some steak, put it in a sub, add toppings, ring up, clean up looks easy, no servers, count the cash. Can't fail. People everywhere love Philly cheese steaks. Careful not to make crappy subs. Make sure you have a good recipe.

I actually know of a few Utah Jazz fanatics here in town that are looking for a place to get together to catch a Jazz game or two.

You should probly keep your personal things more personal.
I also know of a few that I would get together with on occasion for some Jazz games. Iggys is fun but I'd like somehting different.
Better hope PKM doesn't ban sheep from his establishment.

Well, if they've started doing this, then it has been since I've moved out of the area. I'm acquaintances with a guy who started doing this in Heber (? ****, I can't remember where he was) several years ago, and instead of becoming a local foe, his place became a hot spot. And, despite the number of Californians moving to St. George, it is still a conservative place. You've got to buy them off with cute root beer. Suddenly, you're a family guy.
Not sure about the root beer but Red Rock has always had cream soda.
The problem with Red Rock is that it is primarily a beer brewery. Even though they have root beer and cream soda they are still a facility that serves alcohol which effectively eliminates a large portion of the populace as patrons. They simply will not support such an establishment regardless of how nice the atmosphere may be.
I just figured PKM would be smart enough to have outside seating...
Yeah, I know the owners, Nicki and Randall, very well (they also own Painted Pony). I don't think George's has a pub enough feel for me .. it's still a bit more dining for my liking.
