Mostly, yes. Also have a home in Lexington, KY.
The turd I just flushed in Boston has more fun than any resident of St George.

Hard for me to argue that, honestly. Which is why I think doing something cool/fun here is necessary.

Personally I think the perfect place for STG would be a Gothic Tea House.
I actually know of a few Utah Jazz fanatics here in town that are looking for a place to get together to catch a Jazz game or two.
Keep this in mind as you do your budgetings and profit outlook forecasting scenario analysis as it could literally mean dozens of dollars for you.
You open something like this and my lady and I will come on opening night.

Haha, beat me to it. I was going to ask Stoked if he felt it would be insensitive to his lady if we served gyros.
If you do a microbrew in Utah, then make a selection of home brewed root beer. I already know this to be an excellent idea, and you can send me thank-you checks when the cash is rolling in. If I were stuck in Utah, this is exactly what I'd be doing with part of my time.
Doesn't Red Rock Brewery in Salt Lake already do this? "Home brewed" Rootbeer and Cream Soda.

Well, if they've started doing this, then it has been since I've moved out of the area. I'm acquaintances with a guy who started doing this in Heber (? ****, I can't remember where he was) several years ago, and instead of becoming a local foe, his place became a hot spot. And, despite the number of Californians moving to St. George, it is still a conservative place. You've got to buy them off with cute root beer. Suddenly, you're a family guy.

PKM I just went to George's on Saturday night located right there in the ancestor square and it has a tavern feel to it, so u might want to do something different to that!!
