Obviously you wouldn't get fat quite as fast, but the addition of hydrogenated oils, msg, 'natural flavors', 'artifical flavors', and of course the chlorinated solution that their lettuce is preserved in.... kind of take the cake over the cane sugar.

I have taken two weight gain shakes a day and worked out regularly in addition to 4 meals a day for a long time. I am still a bean pole. A rather strong one but I am a lanky guy. Will be for life.
