I well aware that I am completely ignorant on matter like how much weaponry a government should wield when trying to fulfill a search warrant and the occupant is not cooperating. I expect it depends a great deal on the sort of intelligence neither of us have access to, as well as the property itself, the history of the local occupant, etc. It's easy to pick out and second-guess after something has gone wrong.

That would depend on the type of warrant they are fulfilling. A simple one will be a cop or two with regular sidearms. Heavy ones such as drug dealers or known felons can have a full SWAT team break down the door.

What do you mean by government sponsored though? I tried to give you research done by private interests, foreign governments, NGOs, etc. You always find something you don't like about it. If its' not the government, then it's the media. If it's not that, then it's the science elites. If not that, then a conspiracy by secretive groups. You provided valid information about some problems in academia and the health care industry. But your evidence about the actual issues are mostly anecdotal. Just the unverified accounts of individuals.
