Burks sighting!

It doesnt look good. Riding the bench is affecting him or something. He just hasnt looked the same as last year. I wonder if not getting any playing time is screwing with him.

Who the **** were the morons questioning me when I said how acquiring too many players, solid or not, is bad for the team, any team for that matter?

I agree with that some.


After watching tonights game, it was nice to see Burks played a little better.
 
Burks looked good in the 4th quarter.
And then, Mo Williams came in to play the 2 and we lost. Not that we had a chance anyways, but in garbage time...at least get minutes for him.
 
He started out iffy, but looked ok at the end. He sucked guarding Martin, but so did Foye and honestly Martin gets some of the most bs calls I've ever seen from a guy who isn't all that great.
 
Isn't Burks on the endangered species list? If this sighting is true, we better find a female Burks and make them mate before they're gone forever!

Burks played pretty damn good D, and I agree with you on the bs calls. How in the hell can a player smash his elbow into your chin and get the call. Burks got under his skin a little in the fourth though.

Actually, it probably wouldn't happen since Corbin has made Burks too afraid to shoot.
 
Like him or not, Martin is ****ing efficient. It's pretty crushing to think there was probably a great chance of swapping him and Al at an earlier date.
 
Give franklin props for letting us all know he would play the most minutes this game than he has so far this year.

It's a tie with the first Denver game, but he did shoot better than he has and raised his % up to 18.2% and he made a 3 so he now has a 3pt%.
He also got his first block and steal of the season.

Things are looking up.

I love how Burks gets in the game and gets right in people's face. He did it to Kobe, and he did to Martin. Martin used some vet tricks, and got some calls from the ref. I still liked the way he competed though.
He burned Foye repeatedly.
