Stephen Jackson hates Utah fans

thx bro, cool article. For getting to the point, you gotta know all the facts and surrounding issues in his growing process. He's losing his brother, lots of fights , guns around him etc. So i still respect him what he did for his team mates while he was playing for the Pacers. Even it seems he's a problem, i'm sure lots of team mates loves him because he backs them up. Also, he's really great talented though consistency has been always question mark. And i do not like his rapping ability in fact i do not think rap music is kinda music.

They had life-size posters of me in Utah with me behind bars. Before the situation with Jamaal Tinsley, I had never been in jail, and I’m from the projects!

That's all that was said about Utah. Taken way out of context by the OP.

This.

Stephen Jackson is an idiot.

....my choice of words to describe him? A punk! A hip hop punk! However, to his credit, he was the first to demonstrate and point out the defensive deficiencies of Carlos Boozer....by bouncing the ball off his head in that all-star game!!! That was a classic!!!

A little overstatement, although he has stated multiple times his dislike of treatment in Utah by the fans including this. He has claimed we make racist remarks towards him, especially during the Jazz Warriors playoffs.

I found him talking about sticking up for Jamaal as his reason for both the strip club thing and the malice at the palace interesting.

After reading cougarboard, I am sad to say that I am inclined to believe him. It is okay to be hostile towards an opposing player, to trash talk him, etc. But the second you bring race into it, you're an idiot.

Be loud, be excited, be engage, but don't be a fool.

Agreed it is sad that a select few have given Jazz fans a bad name. Between this and the Fisher thing it has really made us Jazz fans look backwards and ignorant to the national perception.

To be fair to jazz fans, in the fisher situation i believe he said he wanted better medical care for his child (utah has great medical care for children) so he needed to be closer to the east coast..... then he signed with L.A. which is even further from the east coast. I could be wrong about that but that is how i remember it..... it seemed like he just wanted to play for the lakers and used his childs health as leverage to get away from the jazz.

Well he hasn't run into the stands and attacked any Utah fans yet. I'd be willing to bet Stephen Jackson has the lowest I.Q. in the league.

That doesn't make sense when we went to the western conference finals the year before and the Lakers were out in the first round. Maybe he thought he was going to be able to sign with the Knicks or Celtics and he couldn't get a deal done so he signed with the Lakers.

I have no ill will for Derek Fisher, I was so happy when we got him and how he came back and helped us win playoff series. Just a terrible thing with his child and Jazz fans talking about how skipped town on us. The fact of the matter is, we didn't have to let him out of his contract, we knew what we were getting into, and we were the better team for letting him walk and find a better situation for him and his family.

I dont like fisher and his leaving the Jazz had nothing to do with his daughter, which ended up being good for us to shed his contract. I was referring to his first game back where Jazz fans were making symbols with their eyes implying his daughters cancer to distract him during free throws.

That was Jason Richardson.

Utah hates Stephen Jackson.

So there!

At least his gun was registered. You know, because then you can make up some bs story how you were defending your boy before pistol whipping some dude and shooting up his car.
