Time to get Wade out of Miami...

and into a Jazz uniform! The dude is being hated on big time by the fans in Miami. He is not playing too well and doesn't seem one bit happy with Spo. Also, Miami needs rebounding something fierce. Enter Al Jefferson. I've seen it proposed before and thought it was laughable and in no way possible. Now? I could see it happening. Wade would come into Utah very motivated to get back to star level. Al would give some relief to Lebron and much needed rebounding. They have shot blockers to make up for his lack of D.

Make it happen!

In my opinion Miami is far more likely to trade Bosh than Wade. As for the Jazz going after Bosh. HELL NO!!!

Wade is 30 and has a billion miles on him because of the way he plays.

I see him breaking down in a couple years - unless I have a "win now" team, I don't make that move.

He is still putting up 20 ppg 5 rpg and 4 asp while shooting 50% from the field. In a couple years he becomes a much cheaper vet, trade bait, or you let him walk. But it makes the Jazz very interesting this year and next.

LOL - cheaper vet how? He has 35+ million more guaranteed PLUS TWO 20+ million per option years when he'll be 33/34 years old? And even in his prime, The Heat were a last place team when Wade was the only star on the squad.

Like I said, if The Jazz were a top 3 team in the WC then maybe I'd roll the dice - but that contract could set a small market team back years.

The other problem is Wade can only play one way. He never developed a consistent jump shot so he can't scale back his game like other vets can. I don't see a happy ending to his career if he were expected to carry the load he did before Bosh and James brought their talents to South Beach

Not to mention I see no scenario where The Jazz don't have to give up Favors, Kanter or Millsap and probably Hayward to get Wade

They don't want Jefferson getting in Bosh's way. They want rebounders to do work on the boards.

OK, I had no idea he had those two option years as well. That would change everything for me. I thought it was this year and next only. MY BAD YO!
