What are the chances we trade Favors or Kanter, or both?

Is there a chance we are shopping/listening to offers for one of our young bigs?

Maybe the Jazz see things differently from this board, and are willing to trade one of them for a piece to help with this whole win now approach. If there is any chance they really like Al and wanted to re-sign him, what sense does it make to have a number three pick sitting on your bench?

Are Kanter and Favors really our future starting bigs? If we re-sign Al for big money, it won't make sense to have him on the bench either.



I'm being sincere about this and I am looking for some candid responses and input from the community.


I'm on the side that I think anything is possible with Jazz management. Brace yourselves. We might have our hearts ripped out soon.
 
Wasn't there a rumor that Thunder offered Harden for Kanter and Jazz turned down?
Can't see Jazz getting a better offer than that yet Jazz turned down.
Jazz must really think Kanter is going to be a great player.
 
i could see a knater trade for a PG... makes the most sense. al and fav play best together... sap looks like the gonner in this situation and kanter is an odd man out to. but i think a 3 big rotation of kanter fav and al isnt bad though, probably one of the better big men rotations in the nba. i dont see them trading fav or kanter though.

I didn't hear that. I think I might have done that.
 
I don't know what the Jazz are going to do but my biggest fear is that the Jazz re-sign both Millsap and AJ, then end up losing Favors and/or Kanter because they want to be starters. The decision what to do with AJ/Millsap will effect the future of the Jazz for the next decade.
 
I am a lone man on a tiny island when I say that I would listen to offers for Favors.
 
I would listen to offers for Favors.
But the list would be small.
Would not be too many players I would trade for Favors.
Not sure who they would be though.
Any ideas?
