Getting Traded

Instead of saying generic things like good coach, bad coach, you should analyze each play, each substitution, the team's focus (how he has prepared the team for each game), how he matches up, offensive and defensive strategy, use of time-outs, etc, etc. Has he failed in every area? No, of course not. But there are some obvious mistakes he has made. Can he get better. Yes, and though I want to see a coaching change, if it doesn't happen, I just hope he is learning from his mistakes and will become a good coach.
