LOVE a good Mojito .. but it's VERY hard to get one made correctly.

The ones I should try!

I've never ordered a mixed drink at a bar (just drink shots and beers) and when I've mixed my own drinks my recipe is basically "some booze and some other stuff" with no plan, then I just drink it way fast.

In the summer I'll make some mojitos and invite the STG crew over. They're very hard to make right, but damn good. Scrumptious even.

Not much better than a great mojito while on vaca on a beach. But like pkm said, they have to be made just right. I have had some bad mojitos a lot more often than good ones
