Can someone explain me the Draft system ? I never cared about it, since I saw the youth movement we are in now.


Like I have understand right now, we have two 1rst round picks ? 16th and 17th over all ? What has to happen, to get higher picks than that on the 2013 draft? Can we trade our 2 Picks for an higher pick ? Is their any chance to get MARCUS F.....G SMART ???

I do agree with the whole pictures and discussions point... but I leave that to the Mods.
I don't want to be one, so I refuse to complain about them or the rules Jason puts into place.
