Great article. Lowe does a good job of describing defensive breakdowns without getting too technical or boring.

Defense is more about coaching and scheme than player personnel. Clearly Ty either needs to be gone or needs someone on his staff that understands defense.

He needs someone that understands offense too.

And subsitutions.

And inbound plays.

And player development (he has 4 lottery picks that he couldn't develop into starters on a crappy team).

And when to take TO's.

And when to get a Tech.

Is there any other facet of basketball? Then he needs a guy for that too.
