I saw Sinister twice. First time at the theater and then at the drive-in. Scarier the second time with the volume turned all the way up and the speakers right next to you.

You know, I watched Hunger Games just recently since it went up on Netflix streaming, and it occurred to me that maybe not everyone knew that Battle Royale is quite similar, but also (at least IMHO) a better film.
And in case you're not interested yet, maybe the fact that Battle Royale is Quentin Tarantino's favorite movie made since he began directing films in 1992 will catch your attention.

Saw both. I couldn't keep up with the characters in Battle Royale. I'm serious when I say that all the characters looked the same and I couldn't remember who was who, and who died, and who was still alive, and which couples were together...it was just very confusing and frustrating. Also, wasn't expecting that much blood & gore. Yeesh!
Das racist.

It's no secret the writer of Hunger game copied a lot of what's in Battle Royale. I still remembered the first time I saw Battle Royale at a film festival. It was AWESOME!!!!
I need to watch Sinister, especially since Insidious is my top 3 fav horror movies of all time.
Insidious > Sinister
Sinister was ok, I had high expectations after hearing such good things about it months before its theatrical release. It was not bad, but I was kind of disappointed.
Damn. At least they're making an Insidious 2 but sequels always worry me. See- The Last Exorcism 2, sequel to one of the best Exorcism movies.

When does that come out?
Stayed home and watched movies all day.
Haunting in Connecticut 2.... wow, that was bad.
And also, Life of Pi. Wow, that made me depressed. I cried a few times. R.I.P., my animal friends.
Yeah I loved Life of Pi too!! ^__^ you must really love watching movies!!
In the ending - which version of the story did you think was real ??!!
