With the Big Al possibly leaving ... who will be our closer

Please don't say Mo!! we've all seen him chuck up shots... sure he can hit one every four games but he's no Lebron or Kobe
.
I vote for Burks ... he can drive, kick or shoot the ball ... when allowed to play in the forth he's done well

Hayward has shown flashes and Favors has shown he is a defensive stopper in late game situations.

Hayward and Burks would be a good combo ... whom ever is hot let them DROP it .. both are decent at driving to the hoop

I personally like the idea of not having an obvious closer. Having multiple options such as a driving Burks, Hayward J, Favors alley oop or Kanter slam is a good way to keep teams off balance.

The truth is without Paul/Sap we don't have a closer. Jeff teague is 10/19 in clutch this year if that happened. Closing by committee will require an offense, so I'm sure it will get ugly at times. I think it will be a great way to find out what the C4 is made of.

Hayward is 4/12 this year, so I'm skeptical that he is the sole answer. Burks and Kanter are a small sample size (combined 4/7) and Favors has not made an attempt in clutch this year.

How are you defining clutch?

Kanter or Burks. Hayward usually looks awful in last possessions when he has the ball in his hand. Just not good enough to ISO someone. I know people are against the whole "ISO" for the last shot attempt, but it's the safest route. I would probably say Kanter, because he is very Al like scoring wise, or Burks, because he can break down a defender.

Agreed, Burks looks mostly likely to succeed at closing. He seems able to shake free for a decent shot most times. Worth a try.
