How embarassed should I be?

So I am in a management position at work and the owner came over to my desk to introduce a new equity partner. I didn't see them coming and I was watching ESPN on my cell phone. The cell phone was pitched up on my desk so I wasn't holding it. Also I was in the middle of writing an email so they could see I was clearly working.

We do have a very relaxed work environment but I still feel a little embarrassed about it. Am I making too much of a big deal of it?

No they are just as relaxed. I wish it didn't happen but I think I overreacted.
