didn't get a chance to catch the game but boy Hayward made me eat crow with his stats line against the most hated team in SLC. it makes even happier when i saw that Gasol actually played 38 minutes. we have the pieces to become an elite team for sure.

It's worth mentioning that Fess had a +/- of +14 in only 15 minutes of playing time. Some of that time he was matched up with Gasol. He definitely has a positive impact, but he needs to get more rebounds.

Don't forget O Gat and Salty Dawg. I had many run in with them over Loozer.

Only really bad game out there was Millsap. Nice line by Kirilenko. Nice line by Miles. Both backup PGs played fairly evenly. Jefferson was a bit pedestrian, but it's still the preseason. Looking forward to the season.

No one has talked about AK's line yet, but he did pretty good:

13 pts 4 steals 2 assists and 6 rebounds. I swear that there was a block they didn't give him credit for too.

That's laughable that they'd choose to ignore our DNPs that way, but it is preseason. Great play from Elder Hayward and several others.
