Eh, I guess recently BYU has had a better team, kind of.

MSU is in harder conference and usually puts up a good team. We've a better NCAA Tourney record than BYU (LOL BYU's is 15-30 with no Final 4 appearances). Guarantee MSU would BYU most years.

just saying byu has a top 20 recruiting class this year
 
I just googled North Carolina out of boredom and I have to confess, I wasn't aware that half the ACC is located within 15 miles of Raleigh...That's an awesome foundation for ravalries I guess and why didn't Royce White play in that area....
