$#%^ You, Jared Sullinger

Yeah we should instead thank Sullinger for being nice enough to tolerate playing in our state once a season. I mean what if he didn't come at all!? ... I don't wanna live in that world

He is from Ohio, just make fun of Ohio.

Are you for real? Your opinion of Jared Sullinger is so high that him saying he doesn't want to play in Utah is a public humiliation akin to forcible sodomy?

Just personally live by this motto "If you can't say it someone's face, don't say it to them over the internet.".

But what if they're in Africa without Skype, and you can only talk via e-mail? Face-to-face interaction is impossible, so I shouldn't even talk to them at all? I do not subscribe.

What? I'm saying if you had an opportunity to talk face-to-face with Sullinger, I doubt you would say those things.

I love this kinda stuff. I still remember reading an article about Steven Jackson, where he said that Utah has the meanest fans in the NBA.

I'm down with that. I bet the players donning the Jazz uniform love it. I could not care less what pedestrian players on other teams might think. Clearly smart NBA players (i.e. Lebron, who compliments this city, the fans, and franchise every time he comes into Salt Lake) respect the fan base.

Also, people tweet funny **** about people all the time that they would never say to their face! Comedians make jokes about people they would probably get their *** beat by all the time in routines. It's funny guys. Not some mortal sin.

You're that jackass who cheers when opponents are injured. Any perceived slight, you condone retaliation. Pretty pathetic.

I think you guys are overreacting. I think what Sully's saying is that he wouldn't be able to get minutes in Utah. ;)

Bro that's because Lebron is coming here in 2014/

No I'm that fan who doesn't mind talking **** to a different team's player after they just talked **** on my team. You're that guy who leaps to assoications that aren't even warranted after he's been put off. Sowwy buddy.

We are just saying it makes you look petty. Especially considering how small the slight was. If the guy just **** on all Utah it would be understandable.

No, but you did prove you are a dickhead. You're that jackass fan making fun of Derek Fisher's daughters eye cancer.

Scoots, you know I love you more than ice cream, but I must disagree here.

Responding to a player's joke about Utah with jabs at his athleticism, and his silenced performance against Enes Kanter is NOT the same as accusing a player of lying to an entire league about his daughter's illness simply to swap teams. He, like every basketball player ever, has and will continue to receive jokes regarding some perceived lack of talent they might have, or a visual flaw they might have (i.e. Lebron hairline, Charles Barkley = fat, etc.). Its a integral part of schoolyard-ball that many of these athletes grew up with.

NOT the same as the "Fisher Lied" saga.

Petty? Sports is for fun man. This isn't some revenge thing. Innocent trolling of athletes is hilarious, this guy deserved a little of it.
