Last night was a disgrace. At least you can play hard, Sap, Evans, Hayward, Elson, Price and Earl at least gave an effort. The rest should be docked a night's pay.

Docking them pay means nothing to them. They should be docked elsewhere. For example, dunnon how many 'personal reason' absences Deron is allotted with, but if they dock one or two of those, you can be damn sure he'll play harder.
