I have no problem with NO DUIs. Those 21 or older shouldn't be prohibited from having an alcoholic beverage.
And I like treating women respectfully without mentioning specifics. Let the student athletes be judges and decide for themselves. No need to make a rule or definition for every single aspect in life.

As has been mentioned, the No DUI's is stupid, STUPID way to say no drinking and driving.
Agreed.
To be consistent they should change the "respect women" to "No rape convictions"

I guess some folks are seeing what they want to see. I don't see the DUI thing as inferring that it is OK to drink and drive. I see it as "You can drink" but "don't be an idiot and drink and drive." Inferring that they're suggesting that players can and/or should drink and drive but just "not get caught" is a stretch.
But I guess if you wear blue glasses you'll see something sinister in the Utes' Core Values. I'm a Cougar Fan and yet I don't see anything malicious or silly about them. Good on them and I hope their players live by those values.
