If this was some crime movie, I'd go with UGLI. He was the first to discover the missing items. Being the first on the "crime scene", suspicion will not lay on his shoulders more often than not. It requires a decent acting skill as well.

Ok, so Ugli hid the Bong under his Trench Coat and stalked Chris-L, who looked so appealing wearing his Skinny Jeans. He bumped into Dalamon, who certainly had more than a banana in his Big Pockets after catching a glimpse of Fish and Trout having their way with that Blow up doll. At least until the Neighbor kid ended all their fun by stabbing the doll with his Knife.
