Following potential 2014 draftees

Wouldn't surprise me at all if Utah is making deeper runs than UK is in 3 years after the probations are handed down.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if Utah never plays in the NCAA tourney again.
Rick Majerus is not walking through that door.

more @UGLI

This BREKKOTT CHAPMAN looks pretty dang good.. you've got a couple good forwards and a guard.

Chapman is 6'8 and ranked #53 nationally
Isaiah Wright is 6'1 and unranked but looks not too bad
and Kuzma

The Utes are back.

You know I hate comps... so I'll just say what he is;

- sweet-shooting lefty that hits 40%+ from 3
- 6'7 with highest vertical on the team (don't know what it is)
- great defender
- very good handles
- averaged 15 boards per game last year
- he's hungry

My only concern has been whether he can body up an NBA player.. but I'm hearing he's having no trouble bodying the twins and Poythress.

I like him.

He's got 5 to 6 years to figure out which position he fits best, how much bulk he wants to add and which weapons he wants to sharpen.
I'm not worried and a big fan!

Doesn't sound familiar.

He was toward the bottom of ESPN's top 100 a few years back, I think. Goes to the U, but never really got to play due to injuries.

He's a friend of mine and thought you might know him since you follow recruiting so closely, and he supposedly worked out at some of UK's facilities once.

Interesting. Nope, don't know him. Did he transfer there? His name sounds familiar, but not with Utah.

Attn: James Young followers

3 scouts attended the last two UK practices. ALL of them said they think James Young could be the best player in the country this year (not #1 pick, but best player).

Apparently, they love his size, stroke, handles, leaping/rebounding, and is looking like a lockdown defender. TIFWIW

I want the credit for being one if not the first on the James Young bandwagon

Cool.. just a vague recollection is all. It would be weird to always go around introducing yourself.. "Hi, I'm Harry."
