Scoring Points-- or not in the current case

After 3 preseason games we are really struggling to score.

Hayward looks pretty polished but he can't carry the main load. He can usually beat the first man but he is struggling with the help D.

Favors can't stay on the floor. And when he is on the floor he can't create any offense other than putbacks.

Kanter has looked great against weak post defenders. But against Jordan he got swallowed up.

Burks has finished some plays but he isn't capable right now as a primary scorer.

Jefferson looks like a fairly capable scorer but we can't rely on him for big-time production.

Burke isn't ready to carry the load either. But being hurt is only going to make our offense worse.

So we don't have any great ways to score. We are going to look great once in while but we are going to lose a lot of games by default because we will barely score 80 ppg.

Solutions? Hope? Or are really going to get the 1st pick overall?

the stats disagree with this one
46%fg, 33%3pt, 20 Pts/36, 5 ast/36

He's our best hope as a primary wing scorer at this point, that is clear.

Burks has looked really good in spots. Played Nate Robesque last night splitting screens, hitting running jumpers and trick shts. But he's not a primary like Nate is. Not yet.

Score? We can't defend. Favors fouls out too quick and Evans gets manhandled in the post

Neither Favors or Kanter can defend Blake. That mismatch was known going in. It's all about forcing your will onto them, and favors-Kanter failed to dominate them at the other end.

That and Crobin ran that stupid ****ing 1-4 over and over and over. WTF? Starting Evans and then not playing low post dominant against two weak post defenders has me SMD at coaching ATM.
