This is what it takes for the Jazz to win a game:

Gordon Hayward, 27/5reb/10ast, on 6/12 from the floor, 3/5 from 3-pt. and 12/14 from the ft line.

Enes Kanter, 21/10/3blks on 8/10 from the field and 5/6 from the line.

Derrick Favors, 12/12/2blk/5stls on 5/7 from the field.

Richard Jefferson, 22 pts. on 7/11 from the field and 3/4 from 3-pt.

Marvin Williams, 12/9 on 5/9 from the field and 2/4 from 3-pt.

...and the Jazz win by 6 on their home court against the sub-.500 NOLA Pelicans who are playing back-to-back on the road.

Any other situation, the Jazz lose.

haha yes, they played like their life depended on it. Damned, we shoot 9-22 from 3. And RJ is not scoring 22 or more anytime soon. We will lose a lot...

Right? The tank is still on its tracks people. This was the biggest gimme game of the year and the Jazz struggled to pull out the win. Meanwhile all the other tank platoons have been scoring wins they shouldn't have gotten.

Yeah but normal teams don't have to compensate for a midget that goes 0-7 with 2 turnovers and 0 assists.

I think we are missing how much we stunt the development of our players when they're playing with JLIII, for an enormous amount of reasons. I understand not wanting to get 8th sees-- but you are simply stunting the development, and motivation, and pride in this franchise when you force players to play with ****ing John Lucas the Third. How Hayward didn't request a trade during those first 8 games is beyond me.
 
OK, now that the first W is out of the way, I'll be totally cool with some even longer losing streaks as the season goes on.
