This is his fourth NBA game winning shot. I guess I don't watch him enough to understand why you find this so surprising. He has always been good, but game winner clutch shot?

I heard on espn they said that he is second in the league for most game winning shots behind d-wade

You seem to be selling him short. I heard that shot put him in a tie with Dwayne Wade for the most game winning shots among current players with four each.I just don't think of him as a shooter. And four game whining shots in like a ten year career does not seem like that much. I would have thought they would have curry or Thompson take that shot, as they are the shooters on that team.
This sounds highly misleading so I looked up some GSTankers stats.
This year they have had 1 game where they had a "game winning shot". That was this game against OKC and Iggy hit the winning shot. The season is very young and not that many game winning shot chances have heppened yet.
So it is entirely plausible that Iggy is in second with 1 game winning shot. Did you perhaps mean amoung active players over their careers? Now that would be interesting.
Yes, that's what he means.
This season Iggy has an mind whopping 70% eFG rating. 50% from three point land on 4 trys per game. So they figured that Curry and Klay would get all the attention and Iggy when left open is money.
If you have NBA LP I'd recommend you to watch the whole game. Was very worthwhile. Will write a small summary about it in my general NBA thread when I want.
