This reminds me of the time Bear dropped a cake off the railing and a game. A railing with a tape marker right where the cake was dropped from. This is a multi million dollar organization, they aren't going to risk a huge lawsuit by soaking some dude who may have lawyer friends, I say that at least the two guys knew it was coming and had agreed to it.
